Everyone is welcome here.

A note from Laura: The home base where I cultivate Yarrow Hill from is located on the traditional lands of the Lenape, Shawnee, Susquehannock, and Iroquois Nations. I would like to acknowledge the history of this land: land which was invaded by my ancestry of European colonizers and stripped bare of its thriving state which was grown from nurturing practices of Indigenous Peoples who were forcibly removed, and the endurance of abuse through centuries of greedy and unsustainable Western cultural practices. It is through deep reflection and the absorption of Indigenous knowledge and wisdom that I strive to learn and reconcile the wounds from this history, and shift the undercurrent for this time, for the land and myself, towards one of healing and sustainable growth rooted in honesty, respect, interconnectedness, harmony, and love. It is an infinite pursuit.

Thank you for visiting this space!
